Enhanced Service Delivery (aka ESD)

Part of Income Assistance reform and consists of a continuum of services and programming aimed to increase client's employability by addressing barriers to employment. Will provide up to six months of stabilization supports and/or pre-employment measures. Delivered in conjunction with industry partners and First Nations Job Fund (FNJF) administered by Saskatchewan Indian TRaining Assessment Group (SITAG). Clients who are ready may transition to the FNJF for skills specific training or directly into employment.
On-reserve 18 - 24 year old Income Assistance clients.
